I recently had the pleasure of working with David as I purchased my new home in the Ft Wayne area. Despite beginning my search from over 1100 miles away, the effort and attention to detail displayed by Mr. Peare provided for a smooth process. Prior to my arrival in Ft Wayne to begin our search, David provided my wife and I with detailed information and pictures of prospective properties which matched the criteria set by us. Never "pushy," Dave spent countless hours and drove us across the central Indiana countryside in search of our "dream home." After several weeks of exhaustive search, we found the perfect match. We felt fortunate to find Dave. We were specifically looking for a home to buy in the Southwest Allen County area. By chance we were introduced to Dave, and we couldn't have been happier. His knowledge regarding the area is unparalleled. Any question we had, he had an answer for. Whether that question was regarding a house, neighborhood, or area. His years of experience shined. He was extremely patient with us. We walked through over 25 homes. We were picky regarding what we wanted! Although some homes came close to our criteria, when we chose to continue our search Dave understood. When we found a listing for a house that appeared to have everything we were looking for, there was Dave setting up a showing for just a few hours later. Needless to say we were the first offer and got the house. He always seemed to drop what he was doing to view a house. THIS IS HUGE! Trust me: NOT ALL REALTORS ARE THIS ACCESSIBLE. Beyond being good at his job, he's a really nice guy. He is funny and understanding of the stress that goes into finding a home to buy. It felt like we were going to meet a friend to look at each potential house, rather then a pushy realtor that didn't care to take our needs/feelings into account. Dave came recommended and we found out why! We now consider him a friend.

We have known Dave for approximately 12 years, he helped us through a very difficult time when we first met him, he was awesome and extremely helpful. Advised financing back then and worked out great. Fast forward to now and he helped us through selling a couple of properties when we lost my parents. Dave got them sold and closed FAST and for more than we expected. He then helped with the sale of our house as we were moving to my parents old house. He helped the buyer obtain financing and had it closed fast also. We consider Dave a part of our family and love him and his personality! Dave showed us so many more houses than I think he expected to, but was always willing to do so, even on short notice sometimes. I would highly recommend Dave for any Real Estate purpose. I met him while looking for a home, and found him to be the most knowledgeable, helpful Realtor that I have ever worked with. Dave personally went above and beyond to help in any way he could, including offering help and direction on financing a difficult loan procedure. After purchasing my new home, he sold my old property in two days! Again offering direction for a quick turn around. Good for his word, always there!
